At Ahoud Organics, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in delivering high-quality natural skincare products. This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
  • The request is raised within 48 hours of receiving the order
  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare products
  • Used or partially used products
  • Products damaged due to customer handling
  • Products purchased during special offers or clearance sales (if applicable)

Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund (as applicable).

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase
  • You will be notified once the refund is initiated

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

To request cancellation, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, except in cases where the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment account again
  2. Contact your payment provider (it may take some time to process)
  3. If still not received, contact us
