Incorrect Address or Delivery Failure
Customers are requested to provide accurate shipping details while placing the order. Ahoud Organics shall not be responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Products
If you receive a damaged package or missing product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Photos/videos of the package
- Product details
